This guide describes the process for logging into ownCloud for the first time.
Important Notes when Logging in to ownCloud
When logging into ownCloud, keep in mind the following:
- Your NetID password is not the same as your ownCloud password. You must set your ownCloud password separately.
- Students will receive an email at the beginning of the semester, after their first class meeting.
- Students must open that email and set a new password in order to be able to access their footage.
- If a student has not received an email after their first class meeting, please email ftv-tvstudios-support@nyu.edu.
